Job details

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Technical Consultant with expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) to lead and deliver advanced technical solutions to our clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and implementing Oracle EBS customizations and providing strategic guidance to optimize system performance and align with business goals. Key Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and define technical specifications.
  2. Provide expert guidance on Oracle EBS configurations, customizations, and integrations.
  3. Design scalable and efficient technical solutions to meet client needs.
  4. Technical Development
  5. Write and debug code, scripts, and workflows for Oracle EBS customizations, extensions, and interfaces.
  6. Develop and maintain reports using Oracle tools (e.g., Oracle Reports, BI Publisher).
  7. Implement APIs, PL/SQL scripts, and other components to enhance system functionality.
  8. Perform unit testing and ensure the quality of deliverables.
  9. System Integration & Maintenance
  10. Lead the integration of Oracle EBS with third-party systems and applications.
  11. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle EBS modules.
  12. Optimize system performance and ensure data integrity and security.
  13. Work closely with project managers to deliver projects on time and within scope.
  14. Mentor junior developers and consultants on Oracle EBS development practices.
  15. Provide technical oversight and perform code reviews.
  16. Client Engagement
  17. Deliver technical workshops, documentation, and training to clients.
  18. Serve as a primary technical contact during project execution.
  19. Build strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
Experience :
  1. 13 years of experience in technical consulting, with at least 8+ years specializing in Oracle EBS development and customizations.
  2. Proven expertise in implementing Oracle EBS solutions across multiple modules (e.g., Financials, Supply Chain, HRMS).
Technical Skills :
  1. Strong proficiency in Oracle tools such as PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and BI Publisher.
  2. Experience with Oracle EBS R12 or later versions.
  3. Knowledge of Oracle Workflow Builder, Oracle APIs, and concurrent programs.
  4. Familiarity with system integration tools and methodologies.
  5. Hands-on experience with performance tuning and troubleshooting in Oracle EBS environments.
