Responsibilities

  1. Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls, and emails;
  2. Presenting reports of potential prospects to the management for aiding critical business decisions.
  3. Focusing on customer retention by lowering churn rate and amplifying sales through trending techniques, thereby adhering to the company's sales targets.
  4. Studying existing and potential sales prospects through periodic maintenance of meticulously crafted reports and datasheets.
  5. Ensuring dynamic communication with clients through online and offline modes, thereby promoting company products and services.
  6. Leveraging different promotional modes like traditional marketing, social media, email marketing, etc., to advertise the company's products.
Skills
  • In-depth knowledge to convert leads into final customers, thereby contributing to the company revenue.
  • Proficient in creating sales records, client interactions, and developing precise reports.
  • Ability to implement the 'customer first' approach by providing a personalized and convenient sales pitch.
  • Performance-driven and capable of achieving targets under pressure.
  • Excellent phone and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to forge long-lasting work relationships by leveraging information, tactics, and excellent communication.
