About Role

We are seeking an experienced Operation and Support Engineer to join the team that creates new complex solutions for government clients from the Middle East.

Your impact

  • Monitor and maintain system performance, availability, and reliability across production environments
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems
  • Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and end-users
  • Implement and maintain operational processes and procedures to enhance system efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications
  • Conduct system upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities
  • Develop and maintain documentation for systems, processes, and procedures
  • Assist in incident response and disaster recovery efforts
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in operations and support
Requirements

We are looking for someone who has

  • 5+ years of experience as an Operations and Support Engineer or in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of system administration, networking, and IT infrastructure
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing hardware and software issues
  • Experience with monitoring tools
  • Experience with working in service management tools like Zendesk or Jira Service Desk
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
  • Relevant certifications (ITIL, CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified) are a plus
