Job Overview: We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Graphic Designer and Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team at Instant Homz W.L.L, a leading real estate company in Bahrain. This role combines graphic design expertise with strategic social media management, allowing you to create visually appealing content and engaging social media strategies that will elevate our brand presence and engage our target audience. Key Responsibilities: Graphic Design:

  1. Design and create high-quality graphics, brochures, advertisements, and promotional materials for print and digital platforms.
  2. Collaborate with the sales team to develop creative concepts for marketing campaigns, real estate listings, and branding.
  3. Design visually compelling social media posts, banners, and advertisements that align with the company’s brand identity.
  4. Ensure consistency and quality of designs across all channels.
Social Media Management:
  1. Manage and maintain the company’s social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
  2. Develop, implement, and monitor social media strategies to enhance engagement and reach.
  3. Plan and schedule content to ensure consistent, engaging posts.
  4. Analyze social media metrics to track performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
  5. Respond to social media inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely manner.
  6. Stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and tools to ensure the company remains innovative in its approach.
Additional Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure consistency in brand messaging and communication.
  2. Assist in website design updates and optimize graphics for digital platforms.
  3. Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, suggesting improvements as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Social Media Manager, ideally in the real estate or similar sector.
  2. Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
  3. Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail and design aesthetics.
  4. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  5. Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is a plus.
  6. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  7. A portfolio showcasing your design and social media management work is required.
