We’re looking for a Marketing Lead to join the team based out of Riyadh! In this role, you’ll partner with our Saudi Marketing Manager, Sales, Experience, Communications, and Creative strategy to bring to life high-impact marketing partnerships in Saudi Arabia. This position reports to the Head of MENA Marketing, based in Dubai.

What You’ll Do:

  1. Collaborate closely with the sales leadership and sales partnership team to define and develop partnership frameworks that are mutually beneficial.
  2. Ensure seamless coordination with internal cross-functional teams to guarantee commitment to execution through clear and detailed plans.
  3. Work with cross-functional teams including Sales, Partnerships, Communications, Events, Product Marketing, Creative Strategy, Legal, and Compliance to effectively bring partnerships to life.
  4. Collaborate with partners’ teams to ensure alignment and clear communication in planning and execution of partnership activations and co-marketing initiatives.
  5. Lead the creation of compelling content such as case studies, videos, and marketing collateral to amplify partnership efforts.
  6. Collaborate with Design, Creative, and external vendors to guide the creative execution of deliverables.
  7. Develop and implement scalable distribution plans that align with our brand positioning.
  8. Optimize marketing initiatives based on performance data.
  9. Manage all purchase orders (POs), statements of work (SOWs), budget tracking, and related administrative tasks.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or communications.
  2. 7+ years of relevant marketing experience.
  3. Travel required for events as needed.

  1. Proven success in domestic or international marketing roles.
  2. A proactive marketing professional comfortable in dynamic environments.
  3. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  4. Strong negotiation and assertiveness skills.
  5. Exceptional project and program management skills.
  6. Ability to independently initiate and drive projects to completion.
  7. Solution-oriented mindset with a strong track record in problem-solving.
  8. Experience in managing and executing events.
  9. A passion for Snapchat and creativity!
