A well-reputed company in Bahrain is looking for a Sales Executive with 5-8 years of experience in Sales and Marketing in the HORECA sector. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Effective Communication: Clearly communicate the value proposition of our services to potential clients through presentations, meetings, emails, and phone calls.
  • Sales and Revenue Generation: Actively identify and pursue sales opportunities to achieve or exceed assigned sales targets. Cultivate new leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into customers.
  • Prospect Outreach: Research and identify potential clients through various channels, including online research, industry events, and networking, to expand the company's customer base.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our industry and services, staying up-to-date with features, benefits, and competitive advantages enabling effective communication to potential clients.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions to close sales, ensuring win-win outcomes for both the company and the client.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including leads, opportunities, and closed deals.
  • Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
  • Continuous Learning: Participate in training sessions, workshops, and self-learning initiatives to enhance sales skills and stay updated with product developments.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:
  • Proven experience in sales or a customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and connect with a diverse range of clients.
  • Results-driven mindset with a commitment to achieving sales targets.

  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract Contract length: 12 months Pay: From BD700.000 per month Experience:
  • Sales and Marketing: 3 years (Preferred)
