The studio maintains a close and creative architect-client relationship by accepting only a select number of commissions each year, ensuring each project receives the required attention and care. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Project Manager at Majed Harasani Architects in Jeddah. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for project coordination, construction project management, budgeting, construction management, and project management on a day-to-day basis. Qualifications

  1. Project Coordination and Construction Management skills
  2. Experience in Construction Project Management
  3. Budgeting and Project Management skills
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  6. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  7. Ability to work effectively in a team
  8. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
