The Service Advisor plays a crucial role in the automotive repair and support services industry, acting as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department. This position requires a blend of technical knowledge, customer service skills, and effective communication abilities to ensure a seamless experience for clients seeking vehicle maintenance and repair services. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of automotive systems and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:

Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs.
Provide detailed explanations of service options and associated costs.
Schedule service appointments and manage the service calendar effectively.
Communicate with technicians regarding vehicle repairs and maintenance requirements.
Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
