Sales Supervisor Job Description

As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and guiding a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed their targets, fostering a high-performance culture through coaching, training, and motivational strategies.
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
  2. Monitor team performance, analyze sales data, and provide actionable insights for improvement.

Skills
