Job Title: Barista/Server Company: ZIMARI | by Manos (Bakery) Location: Janabiya Square, Bahrain Employment Type: Full-Time (Immediate Hire) About Us: ZIMARI | by Manos is a welcoming Greek café and bakery known for its authentic, freshly prepared pastries, breads, and beverages inspired by traditional Greek recipes. We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service and high-quality products. We are currently seeking a friendly and skilled Barista/Server to join our team and deliver outstanding customer experience. WE ARE ONLY LOOKING TO HIRE PERSONNEL CURRENTLY AVAILABLE IN BAHRAIN AND WITH VALID WORKING VISAS. Job Responsibilities:

1. Prepare Coffees & Beverages: Craft high-quality coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages according to Zimari Bakery's standards.
2. Serve Authentic Greek Baked Goods: Present and recommend our signature Greek pastries and breads to customers, sharing knowledge about our unique offerings.
3. Take Orders: Accurately and efficiently take customer orders at the counter or table, ensuring all preferences and requests are met.
4. Customer Service Excellence: Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere by engaging with customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues promptly.
5. Work as a Team-Player: Assist fellow team members during busy hours, maintaining a smooth and efficient workflow.
6. Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the work area, equipment, and seating area clean and organized at all times.

Requirements:

1. Strong English and communication skills (both verbal and written).
2. Prior experience as a barista or in a similar food service role is preferred but not required.
3. Enthusiastic, customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering excellent service.
4. Ability to work 6 days a week, within the operating hours of 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
5. Punctual, reliable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
