Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive Director of Business Development to lead our company's sales and marketing strategies, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with potential clients. Job Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders.
  4. Lead and manage a team of business development professionals.
  5. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly.
Candidate Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the industry.
  2. Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
  3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  4. Leadership abilities to motivate and guide a team.
  5. Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
