We are seeking Mandarin-speaking candidates who are required to serve Mandarin-speaking clients for this role. Roles and Responsibility (Assistant Centre Head / Centre Head): Responsible for the daily running of a Student Care Centre, including programme planning, curriculum development and implementing health & safety procedures. Staff supervision and mentoring. Active network and relationship building with the parents and stakeholders. Possess a passion to reach out to and empower children and a self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Be responsible for the overall smooth operation of the Centre, meeting the student enrolment targets. Report to management on student enrolment, operational expenses, manpower and training. Overseeing administrative tasks such as Finance and GIRO Report. Any other ad-hoc duties as delegated by the Centre Director (for Assistant Centre Head). Requirements (Assistant Centre Head): Minimum diploma and above (WSQ Student-Care Certified / Possessing Qualifications in the field of community / social services is an advantage). Possess excellent work ethics and integrity. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. At least 2 years of experience working with children.
