We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team specializing in heavy kitchen equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent customer relationship skills, and a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. This role involves engaging with clients in the hospitality, food service, and catering industries to provide them with high-quality kitchen solutions tailored to their needs.
Responsibilities
- Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and approach potential clients in the hospitality, restaurant, and catering sectors.
- Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into customers.
- Promote and sell a range of heavy kitchen equipment such as ovens, refrigerators, grills, dishwashers, and other commercial appliances.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and recommending suitable products.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Conduct regular visits to client locations to demonstrate products and address inquiries.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Provide market feedback and suggestions for new products or improvements.
- Sales Planning and Reporting:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets as required.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company's products.
- Technical Knowledge and Training:
- Gain in-depth knowledge of the product range, including specifications, features, and benefits.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure customers receive proper installation and after-sales service.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in heavy kitchen equipment, appliances, or related industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand technical specifications and communicate them effectively.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
