As a Farm Operator, you will play a vital role in cultivating high-quality crops for the local market while learning the latest techniques in sustainable agriculture.   1. Plant Care and Growth
    • Oversee daily farm operations, including planting, pruning, and harvesting crops.
    • Ensure plants receive optimal care, including proper nutrients, water, and light.
    • Monitor plant health and address any issues such as pests or diseases.
  2. Farm Maintenance
    • Maintain and operate hydroponic systems, including irrigation, lighting, and pumps.
    • Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the farm environment.
  3. Logistics and Delivery
    • Assist with preparing and delivering crops to clients and customers.
    • Maintain accurate records of harvests, deliveries, and inventory.
  4. Driving and Coordination
    • Transport materials, seeds, and crops as needed between locations.
    • Coordinate with suppliers, team members, and customers to ensure smooth operations.
  5. Training and Innovation
    • Participate in training sessions to learn advanced hydroponic farming techniques.
    • Experiment with new plant varieties and contribute to expanding our crop catalogue.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Experience: Previous experience as a florist, gardener, or in plant care is highly preferred.
  • Education: No specific degree is required; a passion for plants and learning is essential.
  • Skills:
  • Familiarity with plant care techniques and tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage tasks independently.
  • Organizational and communication skills.
  • License: A valid Bahraini driving license is required.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to perform manual tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
