Job Summary Are you ready to shake up the rental industry? Rize is on the lookout for a Senior Product Manager who thrives on innovation and creativity! In this pivotal role, you’ll spearhead exciting product initiatives that make renting more accessible and enjoyable for everyone. As part of our vibrant team, you'll collaborate with talented engineers, designers, and marketers to turn visionary ideas into reality. Your expertise will guide the product strategy, ensuring we deliver solutions that not only meet but anticipate our customers' needs. As a Senior Product Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our product innovation. Your role will be dynamic and impactful, involving:

Define Strategy & Vision : Collaborate with leadership to craft a product roadmap that empowers tenants and landlords, aligning with our mission.
Champion the Customer : Conduct market research and gather user feedback to ensure their needs guide our product development.
Prioritize Features : Manage the product backlog to deliver maximum value, balancing innovation with feasibility.
Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to creatively bring our product vision to life.
Track Performance : Define and monitor KPIs to measure success, iterate on features, and celebrate achievements.
Ensure Quality : Oversee product launches and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to guarantee top-notch user experiences.

You're a perfect match if you have

You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
You have at least 4+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a BNPL , Prop-tech , fintech , or tech startup.
You understand Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and thrive in a collaborative environment.
You are proficient with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Figma, bringing product ideas to life visually and functionally.
You possess a data-driven mindset, capable of transforming insights into actionable strategies.
You have excellent communication skills, enabling you to influence and inspire across all levels of the organization.
