Job Duties: This position will assist the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant such as ensuring the quality of products served to the guests. Supervise, train, and motivate employees, prepare staff schedules, maintain cleanliness of the shop, ensure health and safety of employees and guests, attend to guest needs, coordinate from one store to another, and liaise with other departments within the organization and suppliers. Assist in inventory of stocks, transfers in/out, and complete the food cost report. You should be able to establish an effective working relationship within the team. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to manage general operational activities of the restaurant.
- Basic knowledge in the preparation of food cost reports.
- Dependable with the ability to command effectively and appropriately.
- Good command of English communication both oral and written.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
- Highly organized.
- Ability to use time management appropriately.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Diploma in Hotel and Restaurant Management or any undergraduate degree combined with training and experience.
- Arabic (Preferred)
