Job Description To participate in designing, organizing, and/or conducting development activities for Bupa Arabia employees for the assigned areas with the objectives of driving performance through development activities.

1. New Employees Induction Programs:

  1. Conduct induction sessions for new employees
  2. Update the induction and new hire program contents as needed
  3. Facilitate new hire programs

2. Development Activities

  1. Work with Learning and Development team to produce the Training and Development calendar
  2. Identify areas of development and make appropriate recommendations for learning solutions
  3. Ensure accurate screening process for program participants
  4. Conduct vendor analysis to ensure the quality of the programs delivered
  5. Address and resolve trainers and trainees complaints promptly to ensure the smooth delivery of the programs
  6. Monitor the effectiveness of training programs through collecting evaluations and feedback.
