Overview The Research Marketing Manager plays a crucial role in driving the marketing strategy through in-depth market research and data analysis. This position is essential in identifying market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to shape effective marketing campaigns and product development strategies. Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute market research initiatives to identify customer needs, preferences, and market trends.
Develop and implement marketing strategies based on comprehensive research and analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research insights into product development and marketing campaigns.
Utilize data analytics to assess marketing performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Conduct competitive analysis to understand industry benchmarks and best practices.
Manage and prioritize multiple research projects to meet deadlines and objectives.
Monitor and evaluate market trends and their impact on marketing strategies.
Prepare and present research findings and marketing recommendations to senior management.
Identify and cultivate relationships with external research partners and vendors.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in marketing research methodologies.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in market research and analysis.
Demonstrated expertise in data interpretation and application to marketing strategies.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in utilizing marketing research tools and techniques.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for reporting and recommendations.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
In-depth knowledge of marketing principles and strategies.
Experience in strategic planning and implementation.
Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
Ability to adapt to changing market dynamics and consumer behaviors.
Proven track record of driving successful marketing campaigns based on research insights.
Familiarity with industry regulations and ethical standards in market research.
Master’s degree in Marketing or related field (preferred).
Certification in Market Research or Data Analytics (preferred).
