This person will perform accounting and clerical duties related to the efficient maintenance and processing of accounts payable transactions. What You Get To Do
- Manage accounts payable email inbox
- Process vendor invoices
- Review vendor invoices for accuracy and approvals
- Assist with the company’s operating expense forecast and vendor payment files
- Answer vendor inquiries/questions, as needed
- Reconcile corporate credit card transactions
- Assist with month-end close
- Assist with tax reporting
- Perform ad hoc projects, as needed
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Previous accounts payable experience preferred
- Attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Data entry skills
- Intermediate Excel skills (including formulas and V-Lookups)
- Ability to work independently or as a team member
- Effective communication skills
- Maintain confidentiality
