Job details

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Property Real Estate Agent to join our team. This role requires someone with excellent communication skills, an existing job knowledge of brokerage Real Estate deals, and the ability to provide clients with top-notch service in buying, selling, and renting properties. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide expert advice to clients on buying, selling, and renting properties in Qatar.
  2. Actively generate new property listings in assigned communities and areas.
  3. Connect with landlords and property owners to assist clients in finding properties that meet their needs and budget.
  4. Evaluate properties to determine their market value and potential rental income.
  5. Create and maintain a database of available properties for sale or rent.
  6. Prepare and present offers, contracts, and lease agreements to clients.
  7. Negotiate terms and conditions of sale or lease on behalf of clients.
  8. Liaise with property owners, tenants, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues that arise.
  9. Stay up-to-date with changes in the real estate market, property laws, and regulations in Qatar.
  10. Use various marketing tools and techniques to promote properties and attract potential clients.
  11. Collaborate with other property consultants and real estate professionals to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
  12. Provide excellent customer service and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
  13. Adhere to ethical and legal standards in all dealings with clients and other stakeholders.
  14. Keep accurate records of all transactions and maintain client confidentiality.
  15. Meet and exceed sales targets and other performance metrics.
  16. Continuously develop knowledge and skills through training and professional development opportunities.
  17. Represent the company at industry events and networking functions.
  18. Contribute to the growth and success of the company by generating new business and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Qualifications:
  1. Minimum of one year of experience in EU Real Estate market.
  2. Proven performance track record in sales or leasing.
  3. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English.
  4. Knowledge of property laws and regulations.
  5. Familiarity with real estate market trends and property values.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
