Art Director We are currently in need of an experienced and creative Art Director to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. As an Art Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the visual aspects of our projects and ensuring that they are aligned with our brand and vision. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement creative concepts for various projects including advertising campaigns, product packaging, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with team members to create designs that effectively communicate our brand message.
- Lead and supervise a team of designers, providing guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality work.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of our designs.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and objectives, and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
- Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Art Director or a similar role in an advertising or design agency.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
