- Review the design and modify it with the approval of the consulting engineer.
- Approve materials with the consulting engineer and the owner.
- Issue executive drawings according to the approval of materials and final construction and architectural drawings.
- Follow up with the contractor for implementation.
- Prepare a timetable for the project and follow up with the Project Management Department.
- Prepare the quantity inventory for the project and monthly extracts.
- Calculate the estimated value of the project cost.
