Job Description Bartender / Barista

1. Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service
2. Assist guests regarding all food and beverage menu items in an informative and helpful way
3. Mix drinks and control the beverage stock as per guidelines
4. Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions
5. Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents, and preparation methods
6. Follow outlet policies, procedures, and service standards
7. Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
8. Prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and patrons
9. Interact with guests, take orders, and serve snacks and hot and cold drinks
10. Assess bar customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations

1. High School Diploma
2. Food Safety Certificate
3. Previous bartending and barista experience preferred
4. Excellent knowledge of all beverage products
5. Point-of-sale system experience is an asset
6. Excellent communication and organizational skills
7. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
8. Highly responsible & reliable
9. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
10. Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
