Non-Food Vertical Account Manager (2 Openings)

• Fully embrace and deliver against the company’s core values and principles. Account Management:
  1. Manage large customer accounts and build strong relationships with key personnel.
  2. Proactively approach account management to maximize business opportunities.
  3. Focus on managing sales and margin mix within accounts while driving business growth.
  4. Develop and introduce new product development (NPD) to accounts.
  5. Create and execute annual joint business plans to meet agreed growth targets.
  6. Deliver compelling, branded customer presentations.
  7. Network with national account customers at all levels to identify and maximize opportunities.
  8. Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotions, point-of-sale (POS) materials, NPD, and account strategies.
Market Analysis: • Conduct regular store visits to understand retailer and competitor initiatives (e.g., product, pricing, promotions, POS, location). Operational Efficiency: • Monitor incoming orders to ensure they are fulfilled effectively. • Create robust and accurate forecasting plans. Negotiation & Agreements: • Negotiate and secure annual trading agreements with key accounts.
