Administrative Manager Vacancy in Dukhan, Qatar

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to join our team in Dukhan. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for overseeing all administrative operations of our office, including managing a team of administrative staff and ensuring efficient and effective functioning of daily tasks. Your duties will include:
  1. Organizing and coordinating office procedures
  2. Creating and maintaining filing systems
  3. Managing schedules and appointments
  4. Handling correspondence
  5. Budgeting and inventory management
  6. Maintaining office supplies
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an administrative role, excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively. Fluency in Malayalee or Egyptian languages is preferred but not required. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1000 per month. Accommodation is not provided, but we offer free visa sponsorship and a ticket for successful candidates. This position is open to all genders.
