Job Profile We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Parts Picker to join our team. This crucial role ensures the accurate and timely fulfillment of preparing parts for dispatch in response to warehouse controller orders by efficiently picking, packing, and meeting all order specifications and ensuring timely deliveries. Key Responsibilities:

Process and interpret order details to ensure a clear understanding of warehouse controller orders.
Locate, pick, and verify the accuracy and completeness of automotive parts according to orders, scanners, and other relevant tools.
Pack parts securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit, ensuring safe and efficient delivery.
Prepare parts for handover to technicians or parts sales consultants, ensuring proper documentation and efficient transfer.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment to optimize picking and packing efficiency and minimize errors.
Proactively report any discrepancies, inventory shortages, or damaged goods to the Parts Orders Senior Supervisor.
Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures within the warehouse environment.

Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Parts Picker in the automotive industry.
Demonstrated ability to accurately and efficiently pick and pack parts in a fast-paced environment.
Solid understanding of automotive parts and their applications.
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
