We are committed to excellence, innovation, and growth, and we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Training Manager to join our team. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Training Manager to design, implement, and oversee training programs for our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a passion for continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement training programs that align with the company's objectives and goals
  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify knowledge and skill gaps within the organization
  • Design and deliver effective training sessions, workshops, and seminars
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify specific training needs for their teams
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements
  • Manage and coordinate the training budget and resources
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external training providers
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development
  • Create and implement onboarding programs for new hires
  • Mentor and coach junior trainers and oversee their development
  • Prepare training reports and present to senior management as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, or a related field
  • Food & Beverage Industry experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a training or learning and development role
  • Strong understanding of training principles, methodologies, and techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs
  • Experience in conducting training needs assessments
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
