Please Note: This is a commission-based position , with commissions starting at 50%.

Applicants should have sufficient savings to support themselves during the initial months before generating sales. Minimum Requirements:

Location: Must be based in Dubai.
Experience: Minimum of 6 months to 1 year in real estate sales, preferably in Dubai’s market
Qualifications: Familiarity with Dubai’s off-plan and secondary real estate landscape; a RERA broker license is a significant advantage
Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a valuable plus
Driven and Client-Focused: A proactive, “go-getter” attitude with a dedication to client success and satisfaction
Mobility: A valid driver’s license is required to support client engagements across Dubai
