Video Content Creator & Community Manager As the Video Content Creator & Community Manager at Dibsy, you will be the bridge between our innovative payment platform and the vibrant community of merchants and customers we serve. You’ll lead the development of engaging video content—from concept to post-production—while also cultivating a thriving, interactive online community that amplifies Dibsy’s mission and drives brand advocacy. You Will: Video Production & Storytelling

  • Ideate & Script : Develop creative concepts for merchant success stories, product demos, and thought-leadership pieces.
  • Shoot & Edit : Conduct on-site or remote video shoots; handle post-production (editing, color grading, motion graphics, and audio mixing) to create polished, high-impact videos.
  • Brand Consistency : Ensure all videos align with Dibsy’s visual and storytelling style, highlighting our commitment to transforming payments in Qatar.
Community Engagement & Growth
  • Community Building : Manage Dibsy’s online presence across social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook,YouTube, etc.) to spark meaningful conversations.
  • Moderation & Response : Interact with followers, respond to comments and inquiries, and foster a supportive, informative atmosphere.
Social Media Strategy & Analytics
  • Planning & Execution : Create a content calendar that integrates video releases with broader marketing initiatives (campaigns, product launches, seasonal trends).
  • English & Arabic Copywriting : Craft on-brand captions and community posts in both English and Arabic , reflecting Dibsy’s diverse audience.
  • Data-Driven Insights : Track performance metrics (engagement rates, views, community growth) and provide regular reports with actionable recommendations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Team Alignment : Work closely with Product, and Sales teams to pinpoint key narratives and success metrics.
  • Project Management : Organize production schedules, asset libraries, and feedback loops to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
You May Be a Fit If You Have:
  • 2+ years of experience in video content creation (shooting, editing, post-production) and community or social media management.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or similar editing software; After Effects or motion graphics is a plus.
  • Strong copywriting skills in both English and Arabic , with the ability to communicate effectively and maintain an on-brand voice.
  • A solid grasp of social media strategy and community engagement best practices (including analytics tools).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for building rapport with merchants, customers, and colleagues.
  • A passion for technology , fintech , or e-commerce , and a keen interest in shaping the future of digital payments in Qatar.
