Architectural Draftsman

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Draftsman to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit architectural documentation in compliance with DC1 guidelines.
• Utilize AutoCAD software to create precise and detailed drawings based on project requirements.
• Produce comprehensive detailing drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details for both residential and other projects.
• Interpret rough sketches and specifications provided by engineers and architects to produce detailed drawings.
• Collaborate with architectural engineering team and other departments to understand design intent and translate it into accurate drawings.
• Modify and update drawings based on feedback from project teams.
• Coordinate with other team members and departments to ensure that all drawings are aligned with the overall project goals and deadlines.

• Bachelor’s degree in drafting, interior design or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Architectural Draftsman.
• Must have DC1 architectural submission experience.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit), other design tools, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated attitude with the ability to multitask and thrive in a timeline-driven environment.
• Ability to convey instructions clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
