Preparing ingredients: Measuring, weighing, and checking the quality of raw materials Cooking: Preparing batters, doughs, fillings, or icings, and cooking in various utensils or grillers Maintaining quality: Ensuring that parathas are prepared to company standards and customer requirements, and meet quality, taste, and presentation standards Maintaining cleanliness: Cleaning and sanitizing work areas, and keeping the cooking area clean and organized Maintaining inventory: Monitoring ingredient inventory and reporting shortages Following regulations: Following health and safety regulations related to food preparation and handling Working as part of a team: Working efficiently as part of the kitchen team Paratha makers should have expertise in Indian bread making techniques, and be able to work effectively in a team. They should also have strong attention to detail and time management skills REQUIREMENTS Experience: 1 year. Education: secondary certificate. CV PROVISIONS Employment visa provided.
