Marketing Specialist Job Location : UAE Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote properties and enhance brand recognition. • Conduct market research to understand trends, target audiences, and competitors. • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and business objectives. • Manage and optimize website content for property listings, ensuring SEO best practices. • Drive engagement through social media platforms, creating and managing content. • Launch and monitor paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram. • Analyze marketing campaign performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights. • Organize and promote events such as open houses, property tours, and community gatherings. • Build partnerships with local businesses and influencers to enhance brand reach. • Ensure consistent branding across all channels and materials. • Strengthen the company’s market reputation through innovative strategies. Job Details : • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or advertising roles. • Prior experience in the real estate industry is highly preferred. • Proven success in creating and implementing marketing campaigns.
