Responsibilities As a member of Group Strategic Committee, to help for making the strategy and direction of the group of company Execute the strategy and oversee all the operation and business processes in responsible area (South East Asia, Middle East, Oceania) Responsible for the division of Product Development, Purchasing, Direct Store Operation, Franchise Support of HQ in Singapore Reporting to the Group CEO for the Plan, Analysis, Progress, Result etc. Troubleshoot and solve ad-hoc issues in a timely manner Requirements: At least 8 years of experience in food & beverages industry 5 years of management experience Self-motivated individual who can work with minimal supervision and thrive in a distributed and multicultural team setting Strong commercial and operational acumen and critical problem-solving skills Strong analytical skills to develop reporting, effectively make use of tools and other business processes to elevate operations Fluency in English and Japanese, require both communicating and written in Japanese to liaise with Japan Headquarter and conduct business discussions seamlessly.
