Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled 3D Interior Rendering Specialist with extensive experience in designing and detailing high-end villas and 5-star hospitality projects. The ideal candidate will be proficient in creating photorealistic renderings that accurately depict design concepts and meet the highest standards of quality. Key Responsibilities Design Development
- Collaborate with architects and interior designers to understand project requirements and conceptualize 3D renderings.
- Develop high-quality 3D models and renderings for high-end residential and hospitality projects, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Produce photorealistic 3D renderings, including interiors, exteriors, and detailed joinery.
- Utilize advanced rendering software and techniques to create realistic textures, lighting, and materials.
- Work closely with project teams to ensure renderings meet design specifications and client expectations.
- Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to incorporate technical details and material specifications into renderings.
- Review and refine renderings to ensure consistency, accuracy, and high-quality output.
- Implement and maintain best practices for 3D rendering processes and model management.
- Maintain and update project documentation related to 3D renderings throughout the project lifecycle.
- Generate and manage detailed project files, ensuring all renderings are properly archived and accessible.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in 3D rendering for architectural and interior design, with a strong focus on high-end residential and 5-star hospitality projects.
- Proven track record of producing high-quality, photorealistic renderings.
- Strong proficiency in 3D rendering software such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, Lumion, and other relevant tools.
- Experience with Revit and AutoCAD is a plus.
- Knowledge of material creation, lighting techniques, and post-production processes.
- Diploma in Design/Architecture or a related field is required. A higher degree in Architecture or Interior Design is preferred.
