Responsibilities
- Demonstrated proficiency in managing and supervising construction projects.
- In-depth knowledge of engineering technology, building construction, and design specifications of ADNOC and TRANSCO.
- Familiar with ADNOC Onshore/Offshore HSE construction and administrative requirements.
- Coordination and knowledge of Permits/NOCs involved in execution of site activities.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, GIS, AutoCAD, and other software.
- Ability to manage multiple construction projects at various stages of their lifecycle.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Competent in assessing, interpreting, and presenting survey reports and other critical data for stakeholders and shareholders.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Thorough knowledge of the UAE Building Code, safety regulations, and standards.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and management skills.
- Active role in site inspections for civil construction material and review of shop drawings.
- Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Suggest process and technical design changes to improve performance and efficiency.
- Monitor project progress and compliance with design specifications.
- Monitor work schedules and recommend mitigation measures as needed to meet project deadlines.
- Supervise and monitor detailed documentation of all site construction activities.
- Collaborate with management to align activities with desired business outcomes.
- Proven track record for managing personnel and material resources.
- Exemplary critical thinking, analytical, and complex problem-solving skills.
- Active listening and verbal/written communication skills.
- Dedication to implement new concepts and strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering, construction, or industrial buildings.
- Minimum 6-8 years of construction experience in 132kV, 400kV substations, and HV/EHV cable laying projects.
- Experienced in ADNOC and TRANSCO projects.
- Experienced as a construction supervision consultant.
