Sr Estimation Engineer ELV

Responsibilities:

• Designing ELV Systems as per the specifications.
• Preparation of BOQ for ELV and Fire & Gas System.
• Evaluating tender ITB documents, drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Floating enquiries to suppliers/manufacturers to get an offer.
• Reviewing datasheets, single line diagrams, and specifications cable schedules.
• Determining project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards; completing technical studies.
• Preparation of cost sheets including direct costs, indirect costs, temporary facilities, and other related costs to tender requirements.
• Reviewing the scope clearly and preparing highly professional technical and commercial proposals as per client requirements.
• Assisting the sales team in understanding and assessing customer requirements.
• Reviewing contract/commercial terms and condition documents.
• Preparation of cost comparison between supplier and subcontractor offers.
• Preparation of technical and commercial proposals as per client requirements.
• Negotiating with suppliers on both technical and commercial aspects of products.
• Maintaining ISO documentation and record keeping for suppliers/manufacturers data bank records.
• Knowledge in Electrical Low Voltage systems like PAGA, Telecom, IT/DATA, Access Control Systems, Emergency Lighting, CCTV Systems.
• Knowledge in Fire & Gas systems.

• Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical or Instrumentation Technology.

• 08 years of overall experience.
• Minimum of 03 years of experience in ELV estimation & designing.
• Good knowledge in Electrical Low Voltage systems like PAGA, Telecom, IT/DATA, Access Control Systems, Emergency Lighting, CCTV Systems.
• Good knowledge in Fire & Gas systems.
• Good health, environment, and safety management (HSE) knowledge and the ability to manage multiple contracts and projects simultaneously.
