These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services. Responsibilities: Maintenance and Development of the Intranet Design, develop, test, deploy and implement SharePoint web parts, applications, workflows, and integrations Design, develop and maintain database in Excel for SharePoint integration Transpose and transform data sets for SharePoint integration Design, develop, and implement SharePoint solutions, including custom web parts, workflows, and other customizations Develop and maintain SharePoint sites, including site collections, lists, libraries, and content types Configure and customize SharePoint features, such as search, user profiles, and security Integrate SharePoint with other systems, such as databases, web services, and other applications Monitor and troubleshoot SharePoint performance and security issues Develop custom SharePoint workflows, forms, and web parts Troubleshoot and resolve issues with SharePoint applications and integrations Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions Document code and solutions for knowledge sharing and maintenance Excel Developer Develop advanced Excel-based applications and tools Design and implement complex Excel formulas, macros, and VBA scripts Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data and reporting needs Optimize workbook performance and ensure data integrity Troubleshoot and resolve Excel application bugs Train end-users on the efficient use of Excel tools Ensure all Excel-based tools are user-friendly and meet business requirements Skill Requirement: Undergraduates who are able to commit 1 to 2 days a week are welcome to apply Experience with HTML, CSS, Javascript, Json, JQuery Library, and extensions (JQueryUI, DataTables, PDFWorker) Experience in SharePoint architecture, SharePoint APIs, REST APIs, and web services, SharePoint workflows, forms, and web parts Experience in Excel, VBA Experience in Corporate Writing Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and collaboration skills UOB is an equal opportunity employer.
