Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate employee records (physical and digital) in compliance with company policies.
- Assist in preparing official documents such as offer letters, contracts, and certificates of employment.
- Support the probation and appraisal review processes by tracking and notifying relevant parties.
- Assist with scheduling interviews and managing candidate communication.
- Prepare onboarding materials and coordinate orientation for new hires.
- Monitor and ensure completion of onboarding checklists.
- Help organize employee engagement activities and recognition programs.
- Participate in and assist with hotel events such as town halls, festive celebrations, and wellness initiatives.
- Collect and verify employee documents required for payroll processing.
- Ensure all employee files are maintained in line with company and legal requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and confidentiality.
