Pool Attendant

The candidate must be able to:

• Understand and respond to all guest needs and requests in a timely and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Comply with the grooming standards of the company.
• Extend a courteous, friendly, and professional greeting to guests as they arrive and thank them as they depart.
• Make the seniors aware of all guest comments and complaints.
• Be thoroughly familiar with the service standards and procedures.
• Follow specified procedures to properly set up pool bed stations.
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the pool areas.
• Set up the beach with sunbeds, umbrellas, and towels, ensuring that guests are provided with clean towels as needed.
• Fold and pack the umbrellas in the evenings.
• Follow all policies and procedures of the hotel.
• Immediately report all suspicious occurrences and hazardous conditions.
• Maintain safety of work areas at all times.
• Attend all mandatory meetings as directed.

• Minimum of one year experience in the same position in a luxury hotel.
• Basic knowledge of detergents and pool cleaning methods.
