Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online marketing campaigns to promote our products and services. Key responsibilities include creating and optimizing digital marketing strategies, managing social media accounts, running email campaigns, and analyzing data to track performance and make data-driven decisions. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and web analytics. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends are essential. Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on various platforms such as Google Ads and social media advertising.
Create engaging content for digital channels including social media, website, and email marketing.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
Implement SEO strategies to increase organic search traffic and improve search engine rankings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of digital marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
Implement marketing automation workflows to nurture leads and drive conversions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and recommend innovative strategies.
Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support digital marketing initiatives.
Develop and present regular reports on digital marketing performance to key stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
Proven working experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and techniques
Proficiency in social media marketing tools and platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
