Job Title: Sales Executive – Digital Advertising Location: UAE- Remote (Work from Home) Job Type: Full-time Experience Required: 2 to 5 years in the digital advertising industry Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive with a strong background in digital advertising to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, be highly organized, and have the ability to thrive in a remote work environment. This role requires a proactive individual who can work under pressure, drive sales, and achieve targets consistently. Key Responsibilities:- Sales Target Achievement:
- Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and developing strong client relationships.
- Proactively seek out and pursue potential clients to grow the business and achieve revenue goals.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals and post-sales support.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to understand their business objectives and provide tailored digital advertising solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor, offering strategic guidance and insights on digital marketing solutions to maximize client satisfaction and retention.
- Address client queries and concerns promptly to ensure a high level of customer service.
- Presentation & Communication:
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value of our digital advertising services.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage clients professionally.
- Provide clear and concise reports and updates on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.
- Organization & Planning:
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline and track progress using CRM tools.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
- Prioritize and manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously while ensuring attention to detail.
- Working Under Pressure:
- Adapt to a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and evolving client demands.
- Demonstrate resilience and problem-solving skills to overcome challenges and achieve sales objectives.
- Remote Work Efficiency:
- Stay self-motivated and disciplined while working independently from home.
- Leverage digital tools and communication platforms to collaborate effectively with the team and clients.
- Ensure consistent productivity and adherence to company policies while working remotely.
- Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in sales within the digital advertising industry (e.g., programmatic advertising, Awareness campaigns , performance marketing, etc.).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, platforms, and advertising solutions.
