FB Attendant

Responsibilities:

1. Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way.
2. Have full knowledge of food & beverage lists, promotions, menu items, and preparation methods.
3. Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
4. Handle cash and credit card transactions.
5. Check the accuracy of the guests' reservations, orders, and other requests.
6. Visit the guests at their tables to confirm guest satisfaction.

1. Proficiency in Opera.
2. Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
3. At least 2 years of experience working in a similar role.
4. Hospitality background is preferred.
5. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
