Job Title: Marketing Executive The Marketing Executive is in charge of executing the hotel's marketing action plan set by the marketing manager and assisting the marketing manager in day-to-day operations. Responsibilities:

  1. Preparing and delivering weekly and monthly marketing reports.
  2. Liaising with media printers and publishers as required and managing the production of marketing materials such as leaflets, flyers, posters, signages, and newsletters.
  3. Assisting and liaising with events coordinators and the sales team to maximize brand visibility of the conferences and events that are held at the hotel.
  4. Maintaining and developing the hotel website with accurate content across all languages.
  5. Devising and presenting ideas and strategies within Rixos brand guidelines.
  6. Updating the database and executing the FMC Micros system for marketing collaterals.
  7. Coordinating and organizing marketing-related requests from other departments to the Marketing Manager.
  8. Preparing the complimentary forms, vouchers, and capex & opex forms.
  9. Organizing the documentation in the Marketing office and submitting related invoices to the finance department daily.
  10. Overseeing quotations, executing purchasing requests, and handling the distribution of the collaterals.
  11. Sourcing new opportunities for paid photoshoots to bring ancillary revenue to the hotel (worked with Sepoy Films, Saudi Airlines commercials, etc.).
  12. Managing and assisting in hotels or clients' photo and video shoots.
  13. Ensuring and updating all hotel collaterals in case of any new changes and additions.
