About Us: Guide Consultants is a reputable company specializing in providing exceptional customer support services. We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Support Specialist to join our team. Job Details:- Work Schedule: 9-hour workday with one day off per week.
- Responsibilities:
- Manage client inquiries through both emails and phone calls.
- Cascade client requests and tasks to our visa agents for further processing.
- Strong English proficiency (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Fluency in Arabic is required, as we are targeting Arabic-speaking candidates only.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively coordinate and delegate tasks to team members.
- Prior experience in customer support is a must.
Skills
- Prior work exposure in the field of customer support and service.
- Adept in using customer relationship management software to offer the best client services.
- Proficient in answering phone calls with professional etiquette and a friendly tone.
- Commendable presentation skills to convey important points to the audience effectively.
- Thorough understanding of setting priorities for a task to comply with the set deadlines and responsibilities.
- Excellent computer skills.
