IT Support Staff

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an IT Support Specialist.
• In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.
• Ability to determine IT needs and train end-users.
• Experience in documenting processes and monitoring performance metrics.
• Advanced knowledge of database maintenance and system security.
• Ability to keep up with technical innovations and trends in IT support.

• Perform regular checkups or inspections on networking devices, AV infrastructure, and other IT/AV-related peripherals.
• Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting on hardware/software issues.
• Ensure printer management configuration and other scanning devices.
• Set up Apple devices (Laptop, iPad, Mobile phones, & Apple TV) and AV systems, including other peripherals.
• Perform backup and restoration of iOS platform devices as required.
• Set up projectors and sound systems as per request.
• Set up gaming devices for kids for personal use and events.
• Install and update application software as required with management approval.
• Set up operating systems (Windows XP, 7, 8, 10, 11 & macOS).
• Assist in events for technical support and sometimes perform printing/laminating/labeling.
• Perform any other related duties as required by the reporting manager.
