Job Description: The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and detail-oriented. They should have excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritize and multitask. Responsibilities

  • Answering phone calls and redirecting them when necessary
  • Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person
  • Maintaining office supplies and inventory
  • Organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Assisting with the preparation of documents and reports
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Coordinating travel arrangements for staff
  • Managing and maintaining filing systems
  • Assisting in basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Providing general administrative support to staff as needed
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
