Operations Manager

We are looking for a reliable and responsible Operations Manager to help our team and support their operations throughout the globe. What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Oversee company operations to ensure processes run smoothly and efficiently.
2. Supervise and manage all aspects of company purchasing and merch logistics.
3. Manage company license subscriptions, as well as research and acquire new licenses for all departments based on the requirements.
4. Perform permanent analytics on user activity for subscriptions.
5. Improve policies for license subscriptions.
6. Facilitate communication and collaboration among the operation team.
7. Continually improve company policies for optimal performance.
8. Develop comprehensive documentation for internal processes and procedures.
9. Work closely with end-users to address their requirements and concerns effectively.
