Job Description: The Retail Banking Executive is responsible for managing and developing customer relationships in the retail banking sector. They must provide excellent customer service and offer banking solutions that meet customers' financial needs. This role requires strong sales skills, knowledge of banking products, and the ability to build rapport with customers. Responsibilities

Provide personalized banking services to retail customers, including account opening, loans, and investments.
Understand customers' financial goals and recommend suitable banking products and services.
Meet sales targets and revenue objectives by effectively promoting banking products.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Stay updated on banking regulations and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as credit, operations, and risk, to ensure smooth banking operations.
Participate in training and development activities to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Keep abreast of market trends and competitors' offerings in the retail banking sector.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and documentation.

Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in retail banking or a customer-facing role in banking.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
