Job Description: As a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes and requirements, and translating them into effective CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM. You will collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement CRM systems that align with business goals. Responsibilities

Analyze and document business processes and requirements.
Design, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM systems.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather user requirements.
Develop and execute test plans and cases.
Conduct user acceptance testing and resolve issues.
Create user documentation and train end-users.
Continuously monitor and improve CRM system performance.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance of CRM systems.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
Proven experience as a CRM Business Analyst.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Familiarity with CRM best practices and methodologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
