IT Support Executive

We are looking for Candidate with experience in Sales and Marketing. Prior experience in IT Support roles and IT Products and Services knowledge would be an advantage *Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on desktops and laptops. *Having Adequate knowledge about Anti-Virus & Firewalls. *Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications. *Strong command of the English language!*Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange and SharePoint *Traveling to the client’s location or connecting via a remote link. *Client Meetings *Knowledge of Social Media and Google Platforms *Design, implement, and maintain robust network infrastructures. *Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems. *Stay updated on current trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in the IT sector. *Speak to customers, either face-to face or over the phone *Gain an understanding of customers' specific business needs and apply product knowledge to meet them Job Type: Full-time Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month Education:
